  • Terms of Placing Orders

    General Terms.
    These terms and conditions settle the procedure of travel and concierge services sale via the internet. Only the Customers that have filled out the due registration forms and formed an account with Grand Service Group and obtained membership cards may use the reservation system, e-mail communication or telephone to place orders for Services and to forward them to the Company.

    Placing Orders.
    When placing orders by phone, authorization by membership card number and security word is required. When placing orders by fax or e-mail the Company will return the call to verify the eligibility of request.
    The Company automatically confirms the receipt by giving the order a unique identification number, and sends an invoice and a status of reservation on the e-mail stated in the registration form.

    Canceling Orders.
    The Customer using the reservation system may change or cancel his order. The Customer singly performs all the operations with his order created in the reservation system. The Company’s staff doesn’t accept and process any requests, changes or cancellations made by telephone, fax, e-mail without authorization by membership card number and security word or otherwise through the reservation system.

    Processing and confirming orders.
    Within 24 hours (with no account taken of holidays and days off fixed by the Russian legislation) from the moment the order, which needs some changes or definitions, was received the Company forwards to the Customer a confirmation or a refusal concerning Services rendering and the full price for the Services. In case the confirmation is received the Company guarantees that the Services will be rendered to the Customer and work up with his request.

    Our commitment to data security
    Your credit card details are protected while being transmitted over the Internet by the use of SSL encryption methods. Credit card details are only used to pay for accommodation booked through our service. These details are stored securely at all times, are not used for any other purpose and will never be provided to any unauthorised third parties.

    The information we collect
    When you make a booking via the Grand Service Group web site or by phone, we need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfil your order. This information includes, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your contact details (email, phone, fax) and your credit card details. When you submit a request via our email support forms, we also collect your name and email so that we may respond to your request or query as quickly as possible.

    How we use the information.
    When you submit a booking request to Grand Service Group,
    we use the collected information in several ways:

    • Personal identification and verification
    • To complete your reservation
    • To allow us to contact you for customer service, if required
    • To make improvements to the Grand Service Group web site

    In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message
    confirming the reservation you transact with us.

    Statistical data.
    Like most Web sites, there is certain information we automatically track, including the URL that you just came from, which URL you go to next, the browser you are using and your IP address. This data is utilised to improve the services of Grand Service Group and does not include any personally identifying information.

    Who we share your information with.
    We disclose your information to third parties (such as our hotels) only for the purpose of completing your transaction with us, providing the above services to you and for the purposes of associated administration. Grand Service Group provides the guest's name, telephone number and e-mail address for each booking to the relevant accommodation supplier to enable them to process the booking efficiently and contact you if necessary. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Unless otherwise prohibited by law or our contractual obligations, we may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or as requested by a governmental or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable. Such situations may include: to perform, maintain or enforce contracts with our customers; to protect the rights or properties of Grand Service Group, our business affiliates, our customers, or others; or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing, or who may be threatening to cause, interference with or damage to our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise; or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.

  • Payment Options

    Cash.
    You may pay in cash to our courier or at our office. We shall supply all the required receipts and invoices you might need for accounting purposes.

    Bank transfer.
    You may pay by bank transfer in Rubles directly onto our bank account. After you make your order, your personal travel manager will send you the bank details and detailed instructions on how to make the transfer.

    Credit card online.
    The customer can pay via the internet using his bank card with the help of payment automatic form. Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB are accepted for payment. 1. Prepare your bank card and be sure that it has CVC (CVC2) or CVV (CVV2) code. If it doesn’t have, unfortunately you won’t be able to pay by internet;
    2. After you booked the tour chose the way of payment “Pay by card”;
    3. Push the button “Pay” and you will move at the payment’s page;
    4. Fill in the information about yourself, your bank card and then push the button “Pay”;
    5. After payment the notice with payment details will be send at your e-mail.

    Security
    Payments by bank card via the internet are transferred to the web-site of the Internet Payment Service Provider ChronoPay (www.chronopay.com). Security of payments is ensured by the SSL protocol for confidential data transmission from the client to the ChronoPay server for further processing. Subsequently data are transmitted via the highly secure banking networks. The received confidential customer’s data (card details, registration info etc.) are collected and processed at the processing centre, and not on the www.sibiriana.com. Thus, Grand Service Group can’t obtain personal and banking data of the customer, including those concerning products he purchased in other shops. When transaction is processed via ChronoPay the card owner automatically receives an e-mail notifying him of all transactions generated.

    Paying back
    The Customer using the reservation system may change or cancel his order. The Customer singly performs all the operations with his order created in the reservation system. The Company’s staff doesn’t accept and process any requests, changes or cancellations made by telephone, fax, e-mail or in any other way except through the reservation system. In case the Customer has any complaints while using the Services he should state his complaint in written form, attach relevant documents and forward them to the Company.
    Within 30 days the Company will either indemnify the Customer for losses or give a reasoned refusal. In any case the amount of losses subject to compensation by the Company can’t exceed 100% full price of the Services that were purchased but not used by the Customer. In case the order is cancelled after the penalty date (regardless of confirmation available) or if the tourist is a no show in the hotel, the Customer pays penalty to the Company in the amount stated in the order.
    Thus, according to the rules of international payment systems, the money can only be returned to the same card from which the payment was made. In case of ChronoPay the repayment will be returned at the same day or next day.
